Unlimited Free Simulated Bids
Anuko Auction Sniper has 2 modes of operation - a test sniping mode and a production sniping mode. When you run the application in test sniping mode your bids are simulated. Although almost everything works as in the production sniping mode, the final bid confirmation step is skipped. No real bids are made in test sniping mode. This allows you to practice with the application and learn how to use it. There is no limit on free usage in test sniping mode.
3 Free Real Bids
When you feel comfortable with Auction Sniper you can switch it to
production sniping mode on the Tools - Options menu. You can make 3 real bids free of charge. Then the usage fees start to apply. The 3 free real bids limit is a combined number for all auction websites - TradeMe and eBay. If you made one free bid on TradeMe you can make the remaining 2 free bids on eBay or TradeMe.
Flat Fee Subscription or a Pay as You Go Plan
We offer 2 payment options for you to chose from: a
Flat Fee Subscription and a
Pay as You Go Plan.
Flat Fee Subscription
Flat fee subscription allows one user to place unlimited number of bids while the subscription stays active. We offer monthly, 3-monthly, and annual subscriptions. You can
buy your Flat Fee Subscription here. All subscriptions are recurring and are charged automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time.
Pay as You Go Plan
With this plan you pay for your usage. A small fee applies for every bid that Auction Sniper places for you. Currently, the following fees are in effect:
Bids in currency equivalent of
US$ 20 or less - US$ 0.10 per bid.
Bids in currency equivalent between
US$ 20.01 - US$ 999.99 - 0.5% of your bid.
Bids in currency equivalent of
US$ 1,000 or more - US$ 5.00 per bid.
Bids in foreign currency are converted to US$ for balance calculations. You can
buy usage credit here.
Auction Sniper Subscription vs. Pay per Bid
Subscription based model for sniping software is best for professional users who buy many things at auction websites. It allows them to use Auction Sniper as often as they want with a controllable, predictable monthly cost.
Pay per Bid model will suit occasional users better. If you don't use Auction Sniper very often simply buy your usage credit in the amount you feel comfortable with and use it when you like.
What to Do If I Have an Annual Subscription to an Older Auction Sniper?
If you have an annual subscription to an older version of Auction Sniper you can still use the older product as long as your subscription stays active. There are a few things to keep in mind:
- Older Anuko Auction Sniper is no longer supported or updated. The latest older sniper version is 1.7.0.44. Radical architectural changes were introduced into the product after this. In fact, Auction Sniper was rewritten from scratch.
- Auction Sniper 1.7.0.44 does not work reliably on eBay. At the time of this writing it works okay on TradeMe but the situation may worsen next time TradeMe changes layout of their pages. When this happens you will need to upgrade your sniper to the latest release.
