Is Anuko Time Tracker free?
Yes! Anuko Time Tracker is an open source, free solution with full source code, and we even offer free hosting to the public for anyone that does not wish to install it on their own server.
On what operating systems can Anuko Time Tracker be installed?
Anuko Time Tracker uses PHP and MySQL. It runs on Linux, FreeBSD, and Windows (with IIS or Apache web server). We have not yet tried other operating systems.
Does Anuko Time Tracker work in Windows with IIS?
Yes, we have had several reports that Anuko Time Tracker successfully installs and runs in Windows using IIS. Detailed instructions for IIS installs are not currently available, but should be essentially the same as the steps outlined in the general install instructions.

Where can I find technical support for Anuko Time Tracker?
The Anuko Time Tracker website is the primary source of support for the Time Tracker. You can find an overview, user guide, this FAQ, a link to the forum, and contact via the feedback form there. These resources are free, and there is an additional option for paid technical support. If you are interested in paid support please purchase Anuko Time Tracker Technical Support incident at http://www.anuko.com/content/buy.htm
Paid support is provided with the following condition: "We will do all we can to help you solve your problem. If we can't help you your money will be refunded."
Do you have a demo system to get familiar with it's capabilities?
No, but we host a free Time Tracker service here: http://timetracker.wrconsulting.com It is a fully functional system and uses the most recent stable release. We do not currently have any plans to discontinue free service. To test Anuko Time Tracker start by creating a new team manager account, then create a project and one or two activities and create time entries.
Can I contribute to the development of Anuko Time Tracker?

I do not want to install Anuko Time Tracker on my own server. What options do I have?
Consider using free hosting of this service available here, or the VMWare Virtual Appliance.
