Anuko Time Tracker VMWARE Appliance is pre-built, pre-configured, and ready-to-run application, which is packaged with an optimized operating system (CentOS) in a virtual machine. If you have VMWARE infrastructure installed in your organization you can plug it in easily. If you don't have VMWARE you can download a free VMWARE Player and launch the appliance in it.
