How does Anuko CMS work?


Anuko CMS runs on a dedicated server in a data center. You can host your web site with Anuko CMS. If you don't have your own domain name the Anuko CMS service is free of charge, giving you an address (URL) such as: http://your_prefix.anuko.com If you already own a domain name you can host your web site with Anuko CMS just as easily. You need to configure your domain record and specify our DNS servers to resolve your domain name. Don't worry about technical details. Complete and clear instructions will be provided at the time of your order. Help will be available.

On your web pages there will be an "Edit" link in one of the corners. When you need to edit your site you can use your web browser to go to your site, click this link, and provide (type in or copy and paste) any new text. You can then use the easy to understand easy to understand formatting tags to format your text the way you want it. These tags are used to distinguish elements of your content, such as headers and bold or italic portions of your text. Images are also supported. The list of such programs includes Apple Mail, Outlook Express, Outlook, Thunderbird, Windows Mail for desktops and also mail programs for wireless devices such as Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Symbian, Windows Mobile, and SnapperMail.

How can I remove a no longer needed folder / catalog / directory from my site?


To remove a no longer needed catalog (folder or directory where you keep your content pages in) simply remove all its content. The catalog will be removed automatically. To remove all content from your catalog click on the catalog name in your site map and then delete all pages, including special pages like .menu and .script if you have them. You can remove individual pages by clicking on them and then using the Delete button.
