Anuko Software Ltd. announced today a release of Anuko World Clock v4.0 BETA. The new version includes countdown timers and stopwatch features. They are the only most significant features in the new release.

Below are some examples of how Anuko World Clock v4.0 timers and stopwatches could be used.

Countdown Timers

Countdown timers were introduced to help display information in situations like these:

26 days to fiscal year end.
2 weeks, 3 days before big customer presentation.
3 minutes, 29 seconds until eBay listing closes.

Stopwatch

A stopwatch feature was added to help display elapsed time in situations similar to these:

5 days since they said the check was in the mail.
40 minutes since the presentation started.

Miscellaneous Features

Countdown timers / stopwatches may have optional alarms (set the timer, count down to 0, generate an alarm) and dynamic highlights (start stopwatch, which changes color some time before the end of the event).
Countdown timers and stopwatches could be located on top of PowerPoint, and started / reset easily.
Easy countdown timer setup: put in a date and it count downs to it.
