Time Tracker fix for MySQL 5.5

Greetings,

This is a quick notification that Time Tracker code has in version 1.3.23.787 was fixed to allow installations with MySQL 5.5.

The mysql.sql and dbinstall.php files have changed. The problem was with the usage of the old timestamp(N) data type in both mysql.sql and dbinstall.php. These have been replaced with timestamp data type.

In case anyone still experiences problems with MySQL 5.5 or above please let us know.
