FEATURE REQUEST: Enable "on behalf of" in charts page

In order to view other people's charts as a manager, you have to go to "My Time", then select from the drop down which user you want to impersonate. Could this same drop down box be placed inside the charts page so no switching back to "My Time" is needed?
