Multi-language installer

Greetings to all,

Just a short message that we have improved the installer for Anuko World Clock by making it multi-language.

Currently, the following 6 languages are supported in the installer: English, Spanish, French, German, Russian, and Japanese with many more languages coming later.

The program itself can operate in 18 languages.

Supporting language in the installer means that the installation process itself is displayed in the selected language.
