Tracking Time Off (Vacation / Paid Time Off)

Instead of vacation days, we track Paid Time Off (PTO) and have an activity that we track this under. Is there a way we would start with a bank number of hours and have these entries count against the initial bank? These get reset on the employees anniversary and they would need visibility to see the current bank hours... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I guess this could also apply to someone who provides support or services and the client purchases a block of time that you would want to track how much they have used... Thanks!
