Re: Migrate and upgrade timetracker to a new version

There were 2 issues with data: 1) admin account was renamed. Because of this step was failing: ALTER TABLE att_users CHANGE u_company_id team_id int(11) NOT NULL; I needed to set u_company_id for new account to 0 manually for this to proceed without error. 2) There were deleted users with u_active v...

To post an image use the POSTREPLY button in a thread, then use the "Upload attachment" tab, which is on the bottom, below text area where you enter reply.

Re: Notification Feature - Only the entries of the day are s

I tested it with MIR_BTA test team, in my case both reports match (manually generated and emailed as a notification), see attachment. Am I missing something? If so, how exactly can we see the problem?

Re: Notification Feature - Only the entries of the day are s

Are you saying that a favorite report runs fine when generated manually, but when sent via automatic notification you are missing some entries? Is this on your own server or on ours? If this is on your own server, can you reproduce the problem on https://timetracker.anuko.com so that we take a look ...

Re: Windows 10

This problem indeed exists in the currently available build of World Clock, and is specific to Win 10, because of apparently broken theme drawing API. Ideally, you want Microsoft to fix their mess, and not release half-done / half-tested product to the market. You can try to use a few clock objects ...

Re: Windows 10

Well, Windows 10 at the moment, has issues. It comes with some things broken, like the API that we use and that works fine in previous versions of Windows no longer works properly in Windows 10. World Clock build 5.8.1.4697 addresses the font color in Classic and Standard System Clocks skins via a w...

Looks like you are trying to login with your email, and not login name. Try to login as arasmussen.

Re: Password reset required each time I login

The problem has been that whenever I try to login the system tells me that I have an incorrect password. Are you saying that if you try to login now at https://timetracker.anuko.com/login.php with correct password, your access will be denied? Could you please try this again and we'll see what is ha...

Re: Password reset required each time I login

I'm using anuko.com not self hosted. My username is arasmussen. Hello, just tried your account, I don't see the issue, I can make time entries and do everything else. I had to reset the password though, so you may need to reset it again. To investigate further we need to see the issue and know the ...

You can access it at https://timetracker.anuko.com/time_edit.php?id=3320895

The error message was supposed to contain a link but is apparently broken. We'll fix it.

Re: Using World Clock 5.8.0.4606 - can't add clocks

I am using the ver of World Clock in the subject line. I am on Win7 on a Lenovo laptop. When I try to add a new clock, it crashes the program. Specifically when I try to change the Location of the clock. You can see how the screen is broken up. When I then go to search for a location, it crashes th...
