Adjust auto fade out time for news reader

Is it possible to alter auto fade-out time for news reader pop up? Edit .ini file?

Here is how to change the timeout:

* Make sure your World Clock is 5.8.1.4644 or later.
* Open %APPDATA%\Anuko\World Clock\world_clock.ini file, see location of World Clock config files.
* In the main section under your login, introduce the fade_after value, for example:

fade_after=10

* Save the wolrd_clock.ini file and restart the program. See the bottom part of Using news reader for details.
