I am getting this error after installing World Clock on Windows 10:
"Cannot run with current privileges. Please launch the program manually."
What to do?
Cannot run with current privileges
Re: Cannot run with current privileges
Start the program "Anuko World Clock" (not the installer) manually. Use the Search feature in Windows. Find Anuko World Clock. Launch it (by clicking or double-clicking).
Basically, what happens is this:
* The installer has finished installing and launched the World Clock program.
* Because of peculiarities of installation (needed to install Time Synchronization service), the install may have been run as Administrator.
* World Clock tries to relaunch itself as a desktop user instead, and this is when the "Cannot run with current privileges" error occurs in some situations. I'll try to investigate under which conditions this happens, and hopefully fix it.
A workaround is to ignore the error and start the program (not the installer) by hand.
