World clock purchase problem
Re: World clock purchase problem
We are migrating our server. At the moment, the automatic software build system is broken, I will update when it is fixed, probably in a few days.toph wrote:Is anyone else having an issue when you go to purchase the World Clock that the link they provide after paying is returning the following error?

Re: World clock purchase problem
Update:
Automatic software builds are currently not happening due to version incompatibilities on new server. We are currently building installers manually for all new purchases, which means that new download links may not work immediately but should work after a while (like max after one business day). If this problem affects you please contact us via the website contact form to see if we can help.
We expect to fix the problem properly in a few days (hopefully).
The problem is not trivial to fix and involves finding some workarounds on building Windows installers on Linux, 64-bit version now, while what we had before was 32-bit with some plugins and custom parts. I'll update when we have a fix.
