Hi all,
First post here... I'm thinking on installing Anuko TimeTracker as it looks like what I'm searching for...
I'd love being able to bill an amount for my travels, and another amount for my work... is that possible?
I've seen the default cost depends on the user and not on the task...
Thank you very much!
Is it possible to have different costs for tasks for a same user?
Re: Is it possible to have different costs for tasks for a same user?
Different rates can be set on projects (not tasks). Make sure your tracking mode includes projects, setup a few projects, then set user rates per project on the Users page by editing a user. The controls are on the bottom of the page below "Default hourly rate".
Re: Is it possible to have different costs for tasks for a same user?
That would force me to have different projects for each real project...
Let's say for a travel hours I bill 45€, for office hours I bill 50€ and for offsite hours I bill 60€...
Let's say My project is the project 19001 which will be for a customer and will have some travels, some hours at my office and some hours offsite...
Then I should create the projects 19001_t (for travels), 19001_o (for the office hours) and 19001_c (for the hours made at my customer place)...
No problem... just wanted to know it.
Thanks!

Re: Is it possible to have different costs for tasks for a same user?
Perhaps it would be good if Tasks could have an hourly-rate multiplier-divisor property. So that, for example, the hour rate for Employee-1 in Project-1 is $50; and then Task-1 has a multiplier of 1 (no change there, so it would be the default multiplier), Task-2 has a multiplier of 1.20, and Task-3 has a multiplier of 0.75.

The idea of semper is brilliant, I like to have that possibility also
