incorrect date

incorrect date

I use the default date format d-m-Y in group settings. So the date today is 13-05-2020.
When I submit new hours, everthing is ok. But when I change that submit (pencil incon) and push on "safe", I get an error: "incorrect date".

How can this be fixed?
