I couldn't find anything immediately obvious about this on the website, but I'm wondering how you are able to view the roles drop down list as a manager or co-manager when adding/editing a user? I saw something about requiring a client plugin, and also saw this conditional in the code, but I am not really sure how to get this client plugin.
Update: My apologies, but I figured this out. It was an issue with the group_id not being correct in the tt_roles table. I just had to read the query a bit more closely in the add_user.php file. Sorry!
