Anuko 1.19.10.5084 does not work: access denied

Version 1.17.14.3974 works very well. As soon as I install 1.19.10.5084 it does not work: access denied error
For years I use to change the versions, but 1.19 breaks the database when I try to run dbinstall.php

I am obliged to re-install version 1.17.14.3974 because I have a lot of projects in TimeTracker and I need to continue to use it.

What can I do?

1.19.10.5084 works just fine at https://timetracker.anuko.com currently. And at some point in time it was running 1.17.14.3974.

Do the upgrade properly, as documented, or seek someone's help, as there are plenty of people willing to do migration for a small fee.

If you believe something is broken please provide us with complete details and exact steps you took, and errors encountered.

If paying for professional upgrade support is an option, consider ordering an instance via Remote Work plugin, which is available now in Time Tracker.

There are several software engineers offering this service. You can also post your own work item with specialized details.
