If you use your own hosting, replace tt_logo.png file in the images directory. If you need help resolving a problem on your own hosting, such as install, upgrade, data migration, recovery, or custom logo issues - open a support incident. We will need remote access to your system to troubleshoot.

If you use our hosted Time Tracker and would like to use a custom logo for your team, follow these steps:

Prepare a customized logo as a .png file on transparent background, dimensions 300x43 pixels.
Open a support incident.
Send the file to us together with information about your team such as manager login or email.

More complex customizations can be done on case-by-case basis, depending on whether or not we can integrate and support your customization in Time Tracker for others to use. This usually means that the license to modifications stays the same. If you wish to explore this option further, contact us for a quote.
