Editing Time Records

To edit time records use the Edit icon in the list of time entries for a specific day. For example, on the screenshot below we have one entry for the day on the bottom. The Edit icon, which looks like a pencil, is on the right hand side.

Click the pencil icon to display the form that allows you to edit, copy, or delete a time record.

Editing time records is a straightforward procedure.
  • Modify values and click Save to edit a time record.
  • Optionally modify values and click Copy to create a new time record.
  • Click Delete to delete a record. You can also delete records from the list by clicking on the red cross icon.

Editing time entries has the following restrictions:
For such items, there will be no Edit or Delete icons. If you need to modify such items, remove a restriction first. For example, for an invoiced item delete an invoice first, then all items in a deleted invoice become editable again.

Editing Expense Items

A similar procedure is applicable to expense items. For modifiable expenses the Edit and Delete icons are displayed to the right of an expense item entry on the bottom of the Expenses form.

Click the Edit icon to see the form like below.
